If you are not satisfied with your earning today you better upgrade your skills by studying short courses. Some bosses are happy learning that their employees are trying to learn new things for the benefits of their company. Right now I am extending my vacation because I want to upgrade my skills for my job in our company.

If you want to earn more then you have to upgrade like me. When you earn more then it will be easy to raise money and invest it. Take it from me because I have learned lots of this upgrading and if your boss will not promote you, you still have the edge from your office mates and other employees in your Company.
